Our Chaga Mushroom Mask is an amazing tool to help improve the quality of your skin in a short amount of time.

The mask is full of antioxidants which fight free radicals, the main cause of fine lines and wrinkles. As you will see from the video, it improves circulation and exfoliates dead skin cells. It reduces oil secretion from sebaceous glands and inflammation. For anyone eczema or skin flare ups, it will help calm the skin. The results are immediate.

Here is a short demonstration of the before and after effects of our Chaga Mushroom Face Mask. I did this mask with 1/2 of an avocado. I put the avocado in my Nutribullet, but you could pulse it in a blender. That is much easier to me than smashing with a fork. I also added a teaspoon of water to it also. I took the avocado out of the Nutribullet and put it in a bowl and mixed 2 teaspoons of the Chaga Mushroom powder. If the consistency is too thick, add a little water. No two avocados are the same size. Then begin to apply the paste all over your face, just like in the video. I put it on my neck and de'collete'

It will take 15-20 minutes to dry depending on how thick you apply the paste. The easiest way to remove the mask is to shower. Otherwise, you will need a warm wet cloth to wipe it off as you rinse it. I used the avocado for moisture and hydration.

But you can use an egg white if you are looking for firmer, tighter skin. I think the easiest way to do that mixture is to buy Organic egg whites in a carton. Put 2 teaspoons of Chaga powder in a bowl and add the egg whites until you get the consistency you want. Apply to face, allow to dry for 15-20 and rinse off with warm water. You will probably need a warm wet cloth to help remove it all. The mask will leave your skin radiant and glowing!
