So if I could only take one supplement for my skin, what would I take? Believe it or not, I get asked this a lot.
After decades of taking supplements for my skin and health, I have zeroed in on one supplement that has made the most visible difference in my skin. The discovery of this product dates back to the 1960's.
It all started in 1963 when Dr Patrick Flanagan was consulting with the Pentagon and met and joined forces with the Father of Fluid Dynamics, Dr Henry Coanda.
Dr Coanda had been studying the five mountainous regions in the world where people commonly lived healthy and productive lives, and were living past the age of 100. While their diets were different, the one thing they had in common was the type of water they consumed.
