Before African MangoOkay, so I got the nerve to put up the picture of me from this August before I decided....I do believe it's time to do something before this gets too far out of hand. You might ask....how did you put on an extra 25-30 lbs??? To be honest it wasn't that hard. I call it "Party till you're fat"!!I was eating fabulous raw vegan food, but I was also drinking wine (and clearly martini's, I see the glass sitting on the table!!) and I was not exercising!!! Also, I don't know if this has anything to with it but I will be 56 in two months-so I used that statement to tell myself, you are getting older, your metabolism is slowing down, you're not in your 20's or 30's, it's okay!! Well that is so not true, because I see a lot of people in their 50's, 60's and on up that are in great physical shape and not overweight. So I took charge!! One thing I decided to do besides start running, working out with kettle bells, yoga and detoxing is begin taking African Mango.Afican Mango is an exotic fruit from West Africa. They take the seeds and crush them into a powder and put them in a capsule. Here are the 4 things that it claims to do:1) Increase your Metabolic Rate2) Reduce and surpress your appetite3) Increase Energy Levels4) Target Belly FatIn the 2 and 1/2 months that I have been taking this supplement, I will have to say that for myself it does all that it claims. I do believe that proper diet and exercise are also a contributing factor to the 20 lb weight loss so far.
After taking African Mango
Here are a couple of brands that I have purchased through Amazon-I usually take 3 a day-but I stop taking them at 2 in the afternoon.
Check it out for yourself, there is a lot of information out there about it.
Until next time,JanP.S. Wishing my husband a Happy Birthday today!!! He turned the big 5 0!!!!
